Dr. Holly not only believes wholeheartedly in the fundamental principles of Naturopathic Medicine but also that people deserve and need a safe place to heal and be heard. In her private family practice, Healing From Within Healthcare, her passion lies in developing a relationship with a person and their health through comprehensive natural medical care and individualized support.
Even though she has extensive knowledge in many healing modalities, there are no standard or "textbook" treatment regimes with Dr. Holly. She understands that everyone is different. In a typical first visit, Holly sits with her patients to listen to their needs and concerns. Nothing is off limits, she finds a place for everything and everyone, understanding that people are complex beings, affected by their present symptoms, family history, past medical history, current medications, diet, lifestyle, emotional and psychosocial stress.
Initial Visit: $245.00
This is an extensive and comprehensive visit lasting approximately 60-70 minutes.
This visit initiates the therapeutic relationship and allows Dr. Holly to really get to know your story. A complete health history and any necessary physical exams are completed. If there is laboratory testing that might be helpful to put all the pieces together, those will be decided on as well. You will leave this visit with a clear plan on the steps to take toward your health goals and desires.
Follow up Visit: $115.00
This is a return visit lasting approximately 30 minutes. This visit allows us to review any laboratory results and assess the initial part of the plan to guide us to the next steps.
Phone Consultations:
For those who are not in the local area, Dr. Holly does consult throughout the country and internationally. She treats these visits just like office visits with the same intent and fee schedule. She requests a short interview to make sure that the long distance situation will be in the patient’s best interest.

Insurance
Naturopathic Medicine is currently not accepted by most carriers, as Naturopathic Doctors are not directly contracted with insurance companies in the state of California. Great Western and CIGNA have provided partial reimbursement for care. Many insurance PPO plans will cover partial lab costs. You can call your carrier prior to visiting to learn if they cover “Naturopathic Doctors” as providers , "out-of network labs" and "Labs/imaging ordered by a Naturopathic Doctor." You will be given a coded insurance friendly Superbill at the end of each visit to self submit to your insurance provider.
